Are you:
Starting a new role?

If so, scientific leadership coaching may be the answer for you.
In my coaching practice, I work with a combination of business and life street smarts, scientific acumen and empathetic connection to help my clients grow and thrive. I am your guide to life’s journey.
Working together, we will explore and unpack whatever is holding you back from what you want to do and become.
Benefits of scientific leadership coaching can include:
-
Acting more intentionally and in a way that supports your best interests.
-
Gaining focus and clarity on what you really want at work and in life.
-
Growing your “reagent kit” of new mindsets and skills
Why me as a coach?
Some people have analytical prowess.
Some people have organizational savvy.
Some people have heartfelt connection.
I have invested myself in all these areas. Through my professional journey and personal growth, I have learned to access both the left and the right brain, the head, and the heart. And you can do this too, and it has the potential to accelerate your growth and increase your satisfaction immensely.
I have a particular affinity for working with people who are scientists or technically trained, because I understand the mindsets and training that may be holding you back. But you do not have to have a Ph.D. or a science job to benefit from a coaching relationship.

FAQ
If you are interested in individual coaching, we schedule a “chemistry call” to speak about the topic or challenge you are facing and for you to learn more about my coaching method. If it’s a fit, we contract for 10-12 sessions over 3-6 months.
We start with an “intake session” for me to learn more about you, the environment you live and work in, and other background that will inform the coaching topic. From there, we agree on a coaching purpose and outcomes.
The ongoing meetings will be working together on your desired outcomes, both by our discussions and by you doing practices between sessions. This tailored, one-on-one setting is extremely conducive to change and growth.
